NIEeS reached the end of its contract in August 2008. This website remains as a historical document and as a gateway to the archive of presentations and supplementary material.

The staff at NIEeS had a wealth of experience in a wide range of eScience technologies, as well as generic computing technologies that support or work in collaboration with eScience technologies.

We are happy to provide help and support and generally share all our collective skills and experiences with the NERC community. If you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Access to NIEeS expertise

We are happy to offer help to people in the following ways:

  • We support visits to NIEeS to work with our technical team. Often many problems can be tackled remotely from NIEeS.
  • Discussions via the Access Grid
  • Email correspondence
